Provide funds for a 30 week savings curriculum and training. 

When you don't earn enough to have a bank account, you join a group of trusted individuals to form a savings co-op.  Each week members put a designated amount into the group fund.  Families are able to save the money for their future needs and can borrow from the fund for things like tuition or business start up funds.
